This is not a sentiment expressed on every street corner around here to say the least. I did a little research and found out that this is the YWAM building and that the "God Roept U" ("God calls you") phrase on that building was originally put there by William Booth, the founder of The Salvation Army, over 100 years ago. It was taken down but then put back up (not clear if the sign is actually the original sign - I'm guessing not) along with the Jesus Loves You sign when YWAM acquired the building about 30 years ago.It was cool to see that here. This is definitely a city that wears it's debauchery proudly so it was a great reminder that God is at work everywhere, even here.

Very cool. Reminds me of the scripture in Romans that says "where sin increased Grace increased much more."
